They will for no reason lock your account and when you go onto there website and sign in and try to unlock the account after waiting 24-48 hours it will show up in red writing your account has been permanently locked. When you try to challenge this they will send you out a standard email only to be told the same thing basic email that they send out to millions of people.

If you have a look at there Community Guidelines you can clearly see from there that thing they have mentioned it is serious and they accuse you of this when clearly I am sure you have done none of these things and when you try to challenge this any further they ignore all your emails you send them. You can go as far up as contacting Evan Spiegel or Bobby Murphy they will never reply back to your complaints you send them weather it is via email or post. This shows you how unprofessional Snapchat is they dont have the guts to even respond to you. Nobody really cares weather this guy is a billionaire it is about the fact how he refuses to resolve this issue and also his team who work for snapchat and sadly they don't even have a appeal option on the snapchat website ehter sadly you can't appeal this. If they think you have done something that goes against there rules they won't even give you any warnings. If you try to make a new account even your new account will close down and end up with the same messages oh no your account has been temporarily locked.
When you wait to unlock your new account it will unlock and when you go onto the app to log in the app will act strange and than again the same thing will happen to you.
There reasons of locking your account and telling you that you are prohibited from creating new accounts I find this very stupid and also they accuse you of having more than one account I am sure most people only have one account. They discriminate against you and I am sure they will be hidden racism going on. All that time you have had a account with them you end up losing everything because of them.
We are in a strange world with this pandemic and this is the way to connect with your friends and family Snapchat team and the owner of this stupid app is well aware of everything that is going on in this world and the amount of people who have lost there life's because of COVID-19 but the team and owner has no respect for people very selfish ignorant attitude they have towards people. They make you isloated from the world. There should be some system out there that you can contact to challenge these issues that people have with social media apps and to overturn the unfair decisions that get made against you.
This is another issue you will face if your someone who has a disability and you inform the team this they won't care even than things won't change Snapchat don't even care for people with disabilities snapchat is one of the worst ever app that has come out with a very poor support team system people who don't care about you. Even shops have some respect for customers and they have a much better complaints - appeal department if you have been wrongly treated by the retailer.
