if you keep contacting them to try and purse this matter further they threaten you with this saying they will report you to law enforcement authorities. Idiots just because they are so failed people who can't even resolve something so simple they play the card with you by bringing law enforcement into this. Someone called Clark threaten me with this and told me to stop contacting Snapchat all together he was very rude ignorant about this.

When someone like Evan Spiegel is creating apps like Snapchat he should make it user friendly and better customer support system this guy doesn't know what he is doing it is very clear just another bloke from the next street who like to make people's life difficult for no reason. I am sure they will be people out there who will reall dislike him for this for creating such a corrupt app that has so many faults with it and how the customer team have lack of knowledge to deal with certain situations. They love locking and terminating people's account. They keep doing that with people soon they will be left with no users than it will be interesting to see Evan Spiegel reaction to all this for failing to look after his business properly. 

I can't stand people who like to show off so what that he is the richest guy he has no feelings or respect for people. He forgets it's people who got him to where he is today. Bobby Murphy he is just another one with the same attitude I can't believe how they are all the same full of ignorance they don't even have the courtesy to respond back to let you know they have acknowledged your email when making a complaint about losing your account and the customer support team are a total waste of time as well.
