This guy is a total joke and look at what he is accusing me of what a load of lies this is he thinks I broke the community guidelines by acting on these things stupid guy what ever his record shows clearly he is mixing me up with someone else clearly this guy is very bored he must be someone sitting in the office bored and thinking to pass his time he will have a go at someone and close someone's account down. He doesn't even have the guts to refer this issue to someone higher up in the department for it to be investigated why they won't do that because they know nothing is going to come out of it and I haven't broken any guidelines. These people are big knobheads who have no life and sit there accusing people with things that are serious.

They should have somekind of system that you can show them proof that you haven't broken any rules and show them that you are the owner of this account if Facebook have a system that gets your account back I don't understand why Snapchat is so different and a biggest failure at this. Look at what year we are in and we still have such stupid apps like these that doesn't even have a fair system they unfairly ban you from using Snapchat.
